Eligible return requests for all lamp and lighting products must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

After reviewing the provided evidence, we may offer a free replacement lamp, partial refund, full order refund or other matching resolution for your lighting order.
For change-of-mind returns, wrong lamp model selection or customer self-ordering errors, the customer shall take full responsibility for all return shipping fees.
If we confirm the lamp was factory defective, damaged during transit or shipped the wrong item by our mistake, we will cover reasonable return shipping cost and provide matching replacement or refund solution.
Do not return lighting products to our company business address or the delivery address printed on your original parcel unless our customer service team sends you specific written return address instructions via email. Official approved return warehouse address will be provided after your return application is accepted.
Returned lamp products will be fully inspected by our warehouse team after receipt. If your return application is fully approved, the refund will normally be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank, payment provider or financial institution may take extra processing time to credit the refund amount to your account, which is out of our control.
Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the whole order was cancelled before dispatch, or the full refund is caused by our supply, packaging or shipping error.
Direct one-click lamp exchanges may not always be available for all lighting items. When direct exchange service cannot be fulfilled, customers can return the eligible lamp product for a full refund and place a brand new order for the correct light model you need.
