Cancellation Requests

Email chengmaiyelete@outlook.com with your full name, order number and the email address used during checkout to submit your cancellation application.

Cancellation Before Processing

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered processing, fulfilment or dispatch. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

Once your lamp order has been processed, packed or transferred to the carrier, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after receiving the lighting goods, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Address or Product Changes

Requests to change a delivery address, lamp model, lamp color, quantity or other product details must be submitted promptly after placing the order. We cannot guarantee that the requested change can be completed successfully.

Customers are responsible for checking all order details including lamp specifications, quantity and shipping address before completing payment.

Cancellation by Our Company

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

• The ordered lamp product is out of stock / unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised or verified
• The order appears fraudulent or unusually high risk
• The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or unsupported for logistics delivery
• Pricing or lamp product information on website contains obvious system error
• The order may violate sanctions, export controls or international trade restrictions
• Platform promotions and discount activities have been misused
• The customer has engaged in abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct towards our customer service team

If we cancel a fully paid lamp order, a full applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
